The silly season is almost here! South Africans love to eat and drink with friends and family over the Festive Season. The question is: how do we make everyone’s favourite dishes, superbly?

Jamie Oliver is undoubtedly the master of simplifying recipes. We have selected a few of his videos to show you how to cook classical festive dishes such as turkey or roast pork with ease. We have also suggested wines below each video.
